1.BIGCAP introduced advanced electrode manufacturing technology  from Japan and Korea , by adopting  domestic advanced mixing, coating and rolling equipments and strictly controlling process parameters we can produce electrode with good bonding, good thickness consistency, uniform internal resistance and stable capacity . The invention patent "a preparation method of super capacitor electrode" has been authorized. The product made with this kind of electrode has a relatively large capacity under the premise of small volume, which can achieve a small volume product with large capacity.

2.During the production process, the purification level of the rolling workshop is below 300,000. The integrated design of the core drying system and the glove box ensures that the core is assembled in an anhydrous and oxygen-free environment after high-vacuum water removal process . We can achieve zero electrolyte leakage by using the electrolyte vacuum immersion method and precision sealing equipment.

4.The 3.0v series developed by BIGCAP is consistent with the 2.8v series in its basic electric performance, and the internal resistance variation and capacity attenuation of high temperature load life of  3.0v are also consistent with that of the 2.8v series, indicating that this product can be used under 3.0v voltage in long term stably. With the super capacitor cell voltage increase to 3.0v, the number of super capacitor cell can be reduced in the module design process and the module cost can be reduced by about 20%.

5.We have applied for a patent” whole sealing type super capacitor” for utility model for the whole sealing type super capacitor which could satisfy the requirement of electric meter "double 85",.By using special electrodes and electrolyte in super capacitor cell,  the internal gas production has been reduced. After serially connecting the super capacitor cells, then use the resin fully sealed structure, this reduces the humidity effect on the properties of super capacitor and electrolyte leakage rate under high temperature and high humidity environment, extend the service life of the super capacitor.

6.We have applied for utility model patent for button type super capacitors which with nearly zero electrolyte leakage rate. It adopts two-piece structural design to avoid leakage problems caused by differences in precision of structural parts, and also improves the consistency of product internal resistance and long-term reliability.
